Your account balance at the time of exclusion will be withdrawn to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number within the standard processing window. Self-exclusion periods at hibazze are available in the following durations: six months, one year, two years, three years, and permanent exclusion. How to Request Self-Exclusion

  2. Identity Confirmation: Our team will verify your identity using your registered mobile number (OTP) and account details to ensure the request is genuine.
  3. Immediate Suspension: Once confirmed, your account will be suspended within one hour. You will receive a confirmation message to your registered mobile number.
  4. Balance Withdrawal: Any remaining balance in your hibazze account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
  5. Exclusion Period Begins: Your exclusion period starts from the date of confirmed suspension. No reactivation requests will be processed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.
  6. Reactivation (Post-Exclusion): After the exclusion period ends, you may contact support to request reactivation. There is a mandatory 7-day reflection period before reactivation is processed.
Self-Exclusion Is Binding
Once self-exclusion is active, hibazze will not process any request to shorten or cancel the exclusion period, regardless of the reason provided. This commitment exists to protect you. If you are in a crisis situation related to gambling, please also contact a qualified counselling service in Bangladesh for independent support.

Permanent Exclusion

If you feel that gambling will never be a safe activity for you, hibazze offers a permanent self-exclusion option. A permanently excluded account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. This is a serious and irreversible decision — please consider it carefully before requesting it.

Confirmation in Writing

Every self-exclusion request is confirmed in writing via email or SMS to your registered contact details. Keep this confirmation — it serves as your record that the exclusion is in effect and as evidence should any dispute about the exclusion period arise.

Deposit and Spending Limits

Setting deposit and spending limits is one of the most practical and effective responsible gaming measures available to hibazze players. You can request a time-out at any point — including in the middle of an active session — and it will take effect within one hour of confirmation.

Session Reality Checks

In addition to time-out features, hibazze provides optional session reality-check notifications. When enabled, these notifications appear on screen at regular intervals — every 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes, as you choose — displaying how long you have been playing in the current session and your net win or loss position for that session.
