General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and hibazze ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the hibazze website, mobile interface, applications, services, games, betting markets, and any associated content (collectively "the Services"). By accessing the hibazze platform in any form — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
hibazze reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact support at support@hibazze to request account closure.
These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all interpretive disputes. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall supersede the English text. The headings used throughout this document are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of individual clauses.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
The hibazze platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is not merely a policy preference — it is a firm legal and ethical requirement that hibazze enforces actively. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible under these Terms for the duration of your account's existence.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use hibazze lawfully. You must be accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party. You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other individual. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of hibazze or any of its affiliated technology or game-provider partners. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement that is currently active on the platform.
- Minimum Age: Users must be aged 18 or above. No exceptions. This applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other country.
- Personal Use Only: Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder. Allowing a third party to use your account is a material breach of these Terms.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active hibazze account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice and bonuses forfeited.
- No Restricted Persons: Staff and immediate family members of hibazze employees are not permitted to hold active betting accounts.
- Self-Exclusion Compliance: If you have voluntarily self-excluded from hibazze, attempting to open a new account to circumvent the exclusion is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
Age Verification Process
hibazze verifies age at two stages: during registration via mobile OTP linked to a Bangladeshi mobile subscriber record, and during the first withdrawal request via document review. Users who cannot verify their age will have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of services on hibazze — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a unique username, and a strong password. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. hibazze reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of your account's lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your hibazze Login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you personally — will be treated as your own for the purposes of these Terms. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hibazze support immediately.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate details during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Mobile Verification: A valid one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number is required to complete registration and to authorise sensitive account actions.
- Password Security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your hibazze Login. hibazze will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
- Account Updates: If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay withdrawals.
- KYC Documents: hibazze may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a government-issued photo ID, as part of the identity verification process. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
- Single Account Rule: Each person may register and maintain only one hibazze account. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and associated bonuses or winnings generated from duplicates will be voided.
Accepted ID Documents
For KYC verification hibazze accepts: National Identity Card (NID), valid Bangladeshi passport, or driver's licence issued by BRTA. Documents must be clear, unedited photographs showing all four corners of the document.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
hibazze processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. hibazze does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits and withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of hibazze.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("source of funds" principle). This is an anti-money-laundering measure and is non-negotiable. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must return to the same bKash number used for that deposit. hibazze reserves the right to request proof of identity and source of funds before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
All funds in your hibazze account are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees because the platform is BDT-native. Deposits are credited to your account wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
Minimum Deposit
৳200 per transaction via any supported payment method. No maximum deposit limit is enforced at platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily limits.
Minimum Withdrawal
৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. Partial withdrawals are allowed; your remaining balance stays active in your account.
Processing Time
Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): 1–4 hours. Bank transfers: 1–3 business days. Times are estimates and depend on payment provider confirmation.
Withdrawal Method
Funds must be returned to the original deposit source. Withdrawals to a different account or payment method than the deposit source are not permitted.

Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on hibazze are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet — including the selection, stake amount, odds, and market — before confirming. hibazze will not void or amend a correctly processed bet on the grounds that it was placed in error by the user. In the event of a clear and obvious system error affecting odds or market status, hibazze reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user's account wallet.
Cricket markets at hibazze cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championship events, and other major international cricket competitions. In-play betting markets are available for eligible matches and are updated in real time. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement — late acceptance after a significant in-play event (such as a wicket falling) may result in the bet being voided at hibazze's discretion.
Casino games, slots, and instant-win titles (including Mines Grand and Fortune Bingo) are governed by the individual rules published within each game's interface. hibazze presents these games as provided by their respective studios — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others — and the RNG and payout mechanics are controlled by the game studio, not by hibazze. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate as provided by the studio.
- Bet Confirmation: A bet is binding the moment it is confirmed by the hibazze system. Confirmation is signified by the bet appearing in your account's active bets history.
- Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placement.
- Void Bets: hibazze may void a bet if the market is suspended due to a data feed error, if the event is abandoned before the minimum play requirement is met, or if a clear pricing error is identified.
- Match Abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum overs requirement is fulfilled, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled before abandonment stand.
- Suspicious Activity: hibazze reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation if unusual betting patterns are detected that suggest match manipulation or abuse of the betting system.
- Maximum Winnings: A single-account maximum winnings cap per calendar day applies. This figure is available in the account settings section and may vary by product type (sportsbook vs. casino).

BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Asia Cup, and all major Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. In-play markets available on eligible matches with ball-by-ball updates.
Casino and Instant Games

Bonuses and Promotions
hibazze offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered users from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms will prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds and free bet credits are non-withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) must be wagered on qualifying games or markets before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, qualifying games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap derived from a bonus will be stated clearly in the offer communication.
- One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible account unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering on restricted games may not count or may count at a reduced rate.
- Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds expire after the time limit stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
- Abuse Prevention: Systematic bonus abuse, including coordinated bet hedging or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
- Withdrawal Order: Real money balance is used for wagering before bonus funds. When you request a withdrawal, only the real money portion of your wallet that exceeds any wagering lock is withdrawable.
Responsible Bonus Use
Bonuses are designed to extend playing time and entertainment value — not to encourage chasing losses or exceeding your personal budget. If a bonus offer feels like pressure rather than entertainment, you can choose not to claim it.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using hibazze, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The platform is provided for personal entertainment. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, defraud, or damage the platform, its systems, other users, or its staff is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
- Lawful Use Only: You must use hibazze in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
- No Automated Access: You must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated tool to access the platform, place bets, harvest data, or interact with any hibazze system.
- No Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping in poker, match fixing in sports betting, or coordinated bonus abuse — is strictly prohibited.
- No Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider for a legitimate deposit is a material breach of these Terms. hibazze will suspend accounts where chargebacks are initiated and will pursue recovery of disputed funds.
- No Impersonation: You must not impersonate any hibazze employee, support agent, or another registered user. You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- No System Exploitation: Identifying and exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain financial advantage is prohibited. Such activity will result in the reversal of affected transactions and permanent account closure.
- Respectful Communication: Any communication with hibazze support staff — via live chat, email, or any other channel — must remain respectful. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications will result in account suspension.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Fraud, collusion, match fixing, money laundering, and underage gambling are treated with zero tolerance on hibazze. Confirmed cases result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is acting fraudulently or exploiting the platform, report it to support@hibazze. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated by the compliance team.
Account Suspension and Closure
hibazze reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that a user has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or has otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other users, or the integrity of betting markets. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, hibazze may place a hold on the account and associated funds pending a formal investigation.
Users may voluntarily close their hibazze account at any time by contacting support at support@hibazze. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the original payment source within a standard withdrawal processing window, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been completed. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.
Self-exclusion is treated as a form of voluntary account restriction, not full closure. A self-excluded account remains registered in the system but is blocked from all betting activity. Players who self-exclude should not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account. - Voluntary Closure: Contact support@hibazze to request account closure. Real money balance will be returned to the original deposit source.
- Involuntary Suspension: Accounts may be suspended without prior notice if a breach of these Terms is detected. hibazze will notify the affected user by email where reasonably practicable.
- Balance on Closure: Verified real money balances are returned on closure. Bonus balances, pending-wager-locked funds, and winnings under investigation are not released until verification is complete.
- Data Retention: Closure does not result in immediate deletion of your personal data. hibazze retains records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
